'CitrusSeedMarket started from a dream: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Bianchi family founded our pizzeria in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family establishment with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, the pioneer of our establishment, mastered pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's homeland. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of classic Italian pizza, embracing time-honored techniques and the best ingredients.
Our once small 12-seat pizza shop has now flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to craftsmanship and authenticity remains constant. We persist in employing wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out premium ingredients.
Currently, 'CitrusSeedMarket is still a family venture with the Bianchi's next generation at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted some contemporary updates, our core ethos endures: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites our customers.
